Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business with focus on innovation
- 7+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or product development at Fortune 500 scale
- Proven expertise in forecasting tech trends (e.g., Gartner hype cycle analysis)
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (blockchain, AR/VR, or neuromorphic computing)
- Experience building tech roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA CPM) or equivalent
- Exceptional presentation skills for C-suite audiences
