Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology trend radar across AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Design strategic scenarios for market disruption and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports for executive decision-making
- Build and curate an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and academic partners
- Integrate ethical foresight frameworks into all innovation pipelines
- Mentor junior strategists in exponential thinking and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or scenario planning projects
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and trend impact assessment
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI trend analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
