- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, decentralized systems, neurotech) for competitive advantage

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of scaling AI/quantum initiatives to commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep expertise in Web4 architecture and decentralized systems
- Experience securing government grants and private equity for R&D
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals preferred
