Your insights will directly shape product development, market expansion, and our global innovation ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive horizon-scanning framework for emerging global tech trends
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prioritize innovation portfolios aligned with future market needs
- Design and execute foresight workshops with Fortune 500 executives and academic institutions
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports predicting industry disruptions and opportunities
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and thought leadership partners
- Drive cross-functional initiatives to embed future-readiness into all business units
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism consulting
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Futures Studies, or related field
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology, and climate tech
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology strategy (e.g., TEDx, MIT Tech Review)
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams in fast-paced environments
