Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or technology leadership within high-growth tech firms
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Strong quantitative analysis skills with proficiency in innovation metrics
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level stakeholder management
- Experience managing $10M+ R&D budgets and cross-continental teams
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) highly desirable
