Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping futuristic solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D to validate feasibility of forward-looking concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify disruptive opportunities
- Drive sustainability initiatives in product development cycles
- Establish KPIs for 2026 breakthrough milestones and track progress
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching futuristic products/services (2018-2024)
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent
- Experience with sustainability frameworks (ESG, circular economy)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ futuristic projects launched to market
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
