Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with demonstrable impact on future-tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or synthetic biology
- Proven track record of securing federal/state innovation grants for emerging tech
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review, Wired, or equivalent
- PhD in Computational Physics, AI Ethics, or equivalent futurist discipline
