Responsibilities
Architect scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure designed to meet 2026 performance standards.Lead the R&D team in developing next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agents.Define the technical roadmap for achieving Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) readiness by 2026.Optimize model inference speeds and resource utilization for cloud and edge environments.Establish rigorous ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems at massive scale.Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and neural symbolic AI.Strong expertise in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Ray).
