- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in sustainable blockchain and biotech convergence
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging tech disruptions (2024-2030)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI deployment
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Manage $5M+ innovation budgets with quarterly ROI reporting
- Establish industry partnerships with MIT Media Lab and similar institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in scaling tech ventures from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and AI governance frameworks
- Published research in IEEE Spectrum or similar peer-reviewed journals
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act and US federal tech policy landscapes
- Certification in Technology Foresight (TF) from World Future Society
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and system modeling tools
