- Present quarterly progress to the Board of Directors and industry consortiums

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record scaling $100M+ innovation portfolios
- Expertise in AI ethics, climate tech, or human-centered design
- PhD or MBA from Tier 1 institution (or equivalent achievement)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Tech Review
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish (for global stakeholder engagement)
- Portfolio of 3+ successful decade-long initiatives
