Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps for 2026+ technologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Identify emerging tech trends and assess market viability for commercialization
- Drive partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation impact and ROI
- Present vision to C-suite and secure executive buy-in for experimental initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching next-gen products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Experience developing long-term tech strategy frameworks
- Strong financial acumen for innovation budgeting
- PhD or equivalent in relevant technical field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ disruptive innovations
