Responsibilities

- Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead incubation of new products/services targeting 2026 market readiness
- Collaborate with C-suite to align innovation initiatives with business objectives
- Manage $2M+ R&D budget and resource allocation for future-focused projects
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to board and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and future forecasting methodologies
- Strong background in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience scaling innovative products from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business
- Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder alignment
