Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and machine learning applications
- Lead research initiatives in fault-tolerant quantum computing systems and error correction
- Collaborate with hardware teams to prototype and validate quantum processors
- Develop quantum software frameworks and SDKs for commercial deployment
- Publish high-impact research in Nature, Science, and IEEE journals

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record of peer-reviewed publications in quantum computing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, ion trap, photonic)
