Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning for 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential
- Coordinate with R&D, product, and engineering teams to accelerate innovation cycles
- Develop patentable intellectual property portfolios in futuristic tech spaces
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Oversee pilot programs for breakthrough technologies with venture partners
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks for future tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation strategy with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record launching products from concept to market in emerging domains
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, synthetic biology, quantum computing, or neuromorphic systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with venture capital partnerships and startup incubation
- Strong data modeling skills for trend analysis and scenario planning
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
