Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026+ technology innovation roadmap, aligning with market evolution forecasts
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration solutions
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies and autonomous systems
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups in frontier tech
- Develop human-AI collaboration protocols for enterprise-scale implementation
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies (quantum/AI/biotech) to commercial viability
- Deep expertise in ethical AI development and autonomous system governance
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or peer-reviewed research
- Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams (engineers, ethicists, domain experts)
- Strong network in Silicon Valley's innovation ecosystem and venture capital community
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism preferred
