Responsibilities
- Architect and execute 2026-era technology roadmaps spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead 15+ person innovation teams through full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch
- Secure $5M+ annual R&D budgets while maintaining ROI-focused resource allocation
- Forge strategic partnerships with Fortune 500 companies and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers and product managers on emerging technology adoption
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching commercialized tech products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: generative AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants and venture capital
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or major tech publications
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Fluency in English with exceptional executive communication skills
