Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and TypeScript.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Managers, Designers, and other Engineers to define feature requirements.
- Conduct code reviews and perform technical debt remediation to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Implement robust CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Optimize database queries and application performance for high-traffic scenarios.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical training sessions.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on Node.js.
- Expert proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frameworks (e.g., Express, NestJS).
- Deep understanding of RESTful API design, JSON, and HTTP protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.
