Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmap integrating quantum AI, neural interfaces, and sustainable biotech
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype 3-5 breakthrough concepts quarterly
- Develop ethical frameworks for exponential technology deployment
- Partner with C-suite to align innovation with market disruption timelines
- Curate strategic partnerships with 2026 tech pioneers (SpaceX, Neuralink, etc.)
- Present foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with Fortune 500 or unicorn tech companies
- Proven track record scaling exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech convergence trends (singularity, AGI, post-human)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional stakeholder management with C-suite and board experience
