- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven ROI projections
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape tech policy

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's with exceptional experience considered
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation consulting
