Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year strategic blueprints for emerging technology adoption (quantum computing, neurotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-viable products and services
- Conduct horizon-scanning analysis across 15+ industries to identify disruption vectors
- Design ethical frameworks for exponential technologies in partnership with Stanford Ethics Institute
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board members with 95% adoption rate
- Mentor innovation teams in exponential growth methodologies and future-proofing
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategic innovation or technology foresight at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Published work on exponential technologies (IEEE, HBR, or peer-reviewed journals)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience with exponential organizations (Singularity University, XPRIZE alumni preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-proofed product launches
- Deep understanding of convergence trends (biotech + AI + nanotech)
