As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, develop disruptive prototypes, and launch breakthrough products that redefine industries. You'll have direct access to C-suite leadership and a budget of $5M+ for pilot programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Lead R&D initiatives for AI, quantum computing, and biotech integration
- Partner with venture capital teams to scout and acquire disruptive startups
- Design and launch minimum viable products (MVPs) for emerging technologies
- Analyze global tech trends and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
- Manage innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors quarterly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ in innovation leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
