Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for commercial applications
- Develop novel quantum algorithms solving complex optimization problems in finance, logistics, and AI
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic infrastructure
- Drive research in quantum machine learning and hybrid quantum-classical systems
- Present breakthrough findings at international quantum technology conferences
- Collaborate with academic partners on quantum error correction methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years of experience in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware integration
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerance principles
- Proven track record publishing in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Strong background in high-performance computing and distributed systems
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (e.g., Quantum-Safe Security)
- Experience leading technical teams in R&D environments
