- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce executive-ready trend reports with actionable recommendations for leadership teams
- Identify and assess disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Champion a culture of curiosity and experimentation across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend mapping methodologies
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive communication skills
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital transformation trajectories
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks demonstrating impact
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
