Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Produce quarterly Future Impact Reports mapping technological and societal shifts to business opportunities
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term market evolution
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational structures and talent models
- Create dynamic roadmaps integrating near-term milestones with 2026 vision milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech trends (AI/ML, Web3, quantum computing, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex future concepts to actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational initiatives
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
