Responsibilities

Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, corporate strategy, or a similar executive leadership role.</li><li>Proven track record of successfully defining and executing long-term roadmaps (5+ years out).</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable strategic insights.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.</li><li>Deep understanding of emerging technologies and global market trends leading up to 2026.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and lead change within a complex organization.</li></ul>
