- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech)
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Mentor talent pipeline in strategic foresight and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in innovation leadership, product strategy, or technology transformation
- Proven track record launching 10+ market-defining products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AI governance, sustainable tech
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent experience in future planning
- Experience scaling innovation teams across global markets
- Strong proficiency in data-driven decision making and innovation metrics
