Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 strategic innovation framework, aligning with long-term business objectives and emerging tech trends
- Lead cross-functional teams (AI, IoT, Quantum Computing) to prototype and validate disruptive solutions
- Analyze global market shifts, regulatory landscapes, and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate innovation initiatives into corporate strategy
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and market validation
- Present strategic roadmaps and innovation portfolios to key stakeholders and investors

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in future forecasting methodologies (scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Deep technical understanding of emerging technologies (GenAI, Web3, Biotech)
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
