Qualifications
- 15+ years in AI/ML strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record of scaling AI initiatives in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in generative AI, reinforcement learning, and ethical AI frameworks
- Strong background in technology forecasting and market analysis
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field or equivalent experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Experience managing global teams across multiple time zones
