Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and market trend forecasts using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Create strategic roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and next-gen digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state vision and implementation plans
- Produce high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Identify and evaluate emerging investment opportunities in frontier tech sectors
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Adv executive leadership on long-term strategic pivots and risk mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven track record developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for complex organizations
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, AR/VR) and their market implications
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Strong data literacy with experience in predictive modeling and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Certification in Foresight, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in future trends or technology strategy
