Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen tech solutions (quantum AI, biometric interfaces)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Present strategic recommendations to executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for innovation adoption and ROI tracking of futuristic initiatives
- Partner with academic institutions to shape future tech curricula and talent pipelines
- Author thought leadership publications on tech evolution and ethical implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership roles
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum/AI/AR/VR)
- Deep understanding of emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, metaverse, neuromorphic computing)
- Executive-level communication with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on future tech applications
- Experience scaling innovation from concept to enterprise-level implementation
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
