Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, high-performance system architectures aligned with our 2026 strategic goals.
- Tech Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) and define the roadmap for their integration into our core infrastructure.
- Team Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and best practices.
- Security & Compliance: Lead initiatives to enhance system security posture and ensure full compliance with evolving data protection regulations.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system bottlenecks and implement solutions to optimize latency, throughput, and resource utilization.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of professional software engineering and 5+ years of experience in systems architecture or technical leadership roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technologies: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to identify and plan for future tech trends, specifically in AI integration and edge computing.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
