- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies to shape regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and market opportunities through AI-powered trend analysis
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members with data-backed scenarios for 2026 technological adoption
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers while maintaining thought leadership through white papers and industry keynotes
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 10+ years in strategic technology planning
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine interfaces
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for transformative projects
- Published author or keynote speaker at major tech conferences (TED, CES, Davos)
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or German for international stakeholder engagement
