Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Partner with academic institutions to identify breakthrough research opportunities
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech innovations
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor emerging technologists through our innovation incubator program
- Secure patents and intellectual property for proprietary future-tech solutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ products launched)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neurotech, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience securing $5M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Strong background in technology policy and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
