In this role, you will define the architectural strategy for our upcoming AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and ethical standards for the 2026 roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of advanced neural networks and machine learning models for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to next-gen, quantum-ready cloud infrastructure.
- Define and enforce best practices for data privacy, ethics, and bias mitigation in AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to translate futuristic concepts into technical realities.
- Mentor and grow a team of top-tier Data Scientists and Software Engineers.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for real-time inference and edge computing devices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Rust.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges.
