Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Architect integrated systems combining quantum AI, neural interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Develop ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation tools
- Partner with Fortune 500 clients to future-proof their digital transformation strategies
- Present at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in Nature Technology
- Manage $2M+ innovation portfolio for 2026-2028 technology incubation projects
- Mentor PhD fellows in emerging tech ethics and responsible innovation
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Engineering, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or neural interfaces
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (min. 3 products)
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge proof architectures
- Deep understanding of biotech-computer convergence points (CRISPR-AI, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across 5+ time zones
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Speaker at Web Summit or similar tier-1 tech conference (2019-2023)
