- Translate technical capabilities into market-competitive product visions
- Present future technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and investors
- Mentor a team of future-focused research scientists and engineers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership within high-growth tech
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-oriented products or services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills for complex system modeling and forecasting
- Demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile development in research-intensive environments
- Published work or patents in future technology domains preferred
