- Develop strategic roadmaps for product innovation aligned with future consumer needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and prototype next-generation solutions
- Partner with R&D to translate futuristic concepts into feasible technical specifications
- Present trend insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Monitor global tech policies and regulations affecting 2026 innovation landscapes
- Build and maintain a network of industry futurists and academic researchers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends for 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Web3, quantum, etc.)
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools
- Experience presenting complex futuristic concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future technology implications
- Strategic planning certification preferred (e.g., CSPO, CSM)
