Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze quantum computing, biotech, and AI convergence for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing strategies
- Author whitepapers on '2026 Tech Disruption' for industry summits
- Oversee implementation of predictive analytics frameworks for market evolution
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging technology assessment methodologies
- Forge partnerships with MIT Media Lab and other future-forward institutions
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 impact
- Published research in IEEE Spectrum or Nature Futures journal
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and neuromorphic computing
- Proven track record of implementing future-proof tech roadmaps
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, Julia preferred)
