Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Facilitate executive workshops on trend implications and competitive disruption
- Build and manage an innovation pipeline with measurable ROI projections
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of forward-thinking innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial success
- Expertise in at least two of: biotech convergence, quantum applications, or circular economy systems
- Exceptional data visualization and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals
- Experience with AI-driven trend analysis platforms (e.g., Palantir, Gartner)
