Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to outline the strategic vision and key milestones for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Trend Analysis: Monitor global market trends and emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to predict shifts in the industry.
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term business strategies that align with our mission to innovate and disrupt the market.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic concepts to diverse audiences, from technical engineers to non-technical executives.
- Resource Allocation: Assess resource needs and recommend investments in R&D, talent acquisition, and infrastructure.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and OKRs to track the progress of strategic initiatives and ensure alignment with business goals.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in strategic planning, management consulting, or senior leadership roles within the technology sector.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market opportunities.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of current and future technologies, including AI, Machine Learning, and digital transformation trends.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and pivot strategies based on new data.
