Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy and technical roadmap.
- Lead the design and development of next-generation Generative AI agents and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced AI models into scalable production environments.
- Ensure all AI implementations adhere to strict ethical guidelines, data privacy standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Drive innovation in MLOps, optimizing model training, deployment, and monitoring pipelines.
- Present complex technical strategies and roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Deep Learning.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams in a senior leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and RAG architectures.
- Mastery of Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow with a strong understanding of distributed computing.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
