Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments on machine learning models
- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical-by-design principles
- Advocate for responsible AI adoption in regulatory and policy forums
- Research emerging ethical challenges in generative AI and quantum computing
- Lead stakeholder workshops on AI transparency and accountability
- Author white papers on AI ethics for industry and government audiences
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
- Expertise in fairness metrics, bias mitigation, and explainable AI
- Deep understanding of global AI regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US frameworks)
- Experience with quantum computing and generative AI systems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Published research in AI ethics or technology ethics journals
