Responsibilities
- Design and implement next-generation Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous reasoning and execution.
- Lead the architecture for multi-modal AI models, integrating vision, text, and auditory data streams.
- Optimize large-scale transformer models for edge deployment and low-latency inference.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Establish best practices for data privacy, security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, QLoRA).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments.
