Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks aligned with ISO/IEC 42001 and EU AI Act requirements
- Conduct algorithmic bias audits and mitigation strategies for autonomous systems
- Collaborate with product teams to embed ethical design principles into AI development lifecycles
- Advocate for transparent AI practices through stakeholder communication and documentation
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and adapt compliance protocols proactively
- Lead cross-functional workshops on responsible AI deployment and risk assessment
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 3+ years experience in AI governance, compliance, or ethics advisory roles
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, etc.)
- Proficiency in bias detection tools (IBM Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Exceptional analytical skills for interpreting complex technical and ethical scenarios
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) strongly preferred
- Experience with policy development for autonomous systems or generative AI
