Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems and generative models
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across AI training datasets and outputs
- Advise product teams on ethical implications of AI features and deployment strategies
- Create governance policies for AI lifecycle management including data sourcing and model retirement
- Represent the organization in industry ethics consortiums and regulatory discussions
- Lead stakeholder workshops to align technical teams with ethical principles
- Monitor emerging AI regulations and adapt compliance strategies proactively
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Philosophy, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in AI governance, data ethics, or compliance roles
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and evolving regulatory landscapes
- Experience conducting algorithmic bias audits and fairness assessments
- Strong ability to translate complex ethical concepts into technical requirements
- Published work or speaking engagements on AI ethics topics preferred
- Certification in AI governance (e.g., CAG, AIGP) or equivalent practical experience
