Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethics frameworks aligned with EU AI Act and evolving global standards
- Conduct bias audits and impact assessments for autonomous systems and predictive algorithms
- Design transparent explainability protocols for complex neural networks
- Lead cross-functional working groups on responsible AI deployment
- Create governance roadmaps for quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Establish audit trails for algorithmic decision-making processes
- Advocate for ethical AI principles in product development lifecycles
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Computer Science, Philosophy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in AI governance, compliance, or ethics roles
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF, ISO 42001)
- Experience with bias detection tools and fairness metrics implementation
- Strong background in policy development for emerging technologies
- Published research on AI ethics or related topics
- Certification in AI governance or responsible AI (e.g., IBM, Microsoft)
- Proficiency in Python for ethical AI auditing workflows
