Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 Protocol initiative, focusing on quantum-ready algorithms.
- Lead the migration of legacy systems to next-generation distributed computing environments using Rust and Go.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model inference and training pipelines.
- Define technical standards, coding guidelines, and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous performance testing and security audits to ensure system resilience against emerging cyber threats.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with a focus on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence infrastructure.
- Deep expertise in programming languages such as Python, Rust, or Go, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and post-quantum cryptography is a major plus.
- Strong understanding of high-availability systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
