Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive AI ethical governance frameworks for 2026 deployments
- Conduct risk assessments and impact analyses for AI systems across industries
- Lead cross-functional working groups to align AI development with ethical principles
- Monitor evolving regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks) and adapt strategies

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Ethics, Law, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Deep understanding of machine learning systems and their societal implications
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (GDPR, AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record of developing organizational ethical guidelines
