Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for the technical evolution of our platform, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, fault-tolerant microservices and cloud-native architectures capable of handling high-concurrency loads.
- Innovation Implementation: Spearhead the integration of emerging technologies such as Generative AI, Edge Computing, and Quantum algorithms.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and agile development.
- Performance Optimization: Oversee the optimization of system latency and resource utilization to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development tasks.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, and deep knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- AI & ML: Strong understanding of machine learning pipelines, NLP, and the ability to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex scalability and reliability challenges.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
