Responsibilities

- Develop bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models deployed in regulated industries
- Author position papers on AI ethics for international policy summits
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Establish transparency standards for explainable AI interfaces
- Conduct ethics impact assessments for emerging AI applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 8+ years AI governance experience
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI ethics frameworks
- Expertise in ISO/IEC 42001 and NIST AI Risk Management Framework
- Proven track record influencing AI policy at national or international level
- Experience leading ethics committees in Fortune 500 tech companies
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act and US federal AI regulatory landscape
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts
